Mr. Mirchandani has over 30 years of experience in Research
and Development in various capacities at Oerlikon, Zurich
and Advani Oerlikon Ltd, India. Mr. Mirchandani was
the Chairman & MD of Advani Oerlikon Ltd, India and was
also on the Board of various companies. He brings to
the firm indepth knowledge in R & D and manufacturing
arena apart from his experience in handling Joint Ventures,
Mergers and Acquisitions.

Kunal has a MBA degree in Marketing with
fifteen years experience in sales, marketing and research.
He has the experience of Sales and Marketing of both
consumer and engineering products. Kunal has a hands

the Goa markets over the last fifteen years.

Mr.Vartak is a mechanical engineer,
with 45 years of manufacturing experience behind
him in various capacities. In 1970, Mr. Vartak
turned into an entrepreneur to manufacture heat
transfer equipments for oil, water, gas and air.
The Technical Excellence Award was given to his
company at the Heathrow Exhibition, for design.
The products were also approved by international
inspection agencies such as American Bureau of
Shipping, Bureau Veritas of France, Lloyds of
U.K. and ISO of India.
